Emma-Leigh provides treatment across a range of areas including (but not limited to):

Emma-Leigh employs a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focussed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Triple P, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focussed Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.

 

Clinical Supervision

Emma-Leigh is a board-approved, STAP-accredited supervisor, offering supervision to provisional psychologists completing their registration. Emma-Leigh also provides supervision to psychologists wanting to develop their skills in Emma-Leigh’s areas of expertise.
